Tom’s experience in mortgage and consumer lending spans over forty years in various roles as a lender, educator, and consultant. As a consultant, Tom advises lenders and regulators in lending, operations, training, compliance, and strategic/business planning. Tom also is a published author of three textbooks and has extensive experience in education and training in: mortgage and home equity lending; consumer compliance; executive development. He has developed classes and schools at the national level for the ACB, ABA, MBA, FRBNY, NCUA, CSBS/NMLS, several state banking departments, and the Center For Financial Training.
