A management development initiative that will serve to develop and enhance the capabilities of your managerial staff.

The proposed initiative will focus specifically on the retail banking management staff who have responsibility for supervising/managing and developing human capital.

The desired outcome for the initiative is to create an environment where managers are developing their employees to their highest level of capability, which in turn will favorably impact the company’s efficiency and profitability.

To fully achieve the desired outcomes, the following is recommended:

  • Training Needs Assessment
  • Management Development Series Curriculum Development
  • Training Course Design and Delivery

Three focus groups will be conducted with a stratified random sample of each learning level.  Participants in the focus groups will be selected by the company.  The purpose of the focus group assessment will be to validate the necessary competencies and components for an effective training environment.

Key Components of the Program:

  • 18 hours of onsite consultation time
  • Facilitation of focus groups
  • Design of skill assessments for all managers
  • Design of Training & Development Skill Inventory for all staff
  • Detailed instructions for completion of skill assessments
  • Final report detailing training needs for all staff levels
  • Recommended training curriculum for the Management
  • Development Series appropriate to each learning level.
  • Development of Implementation Plan
  • Facilitation of 7 hours of training per class
  • Participant manuals/learning materials
  • Course evaluation
  • AV Materials (as needed)
  • Performance Appraisal System Consultation – 360° Feedback – Assessments (Corporate Culture, Team Building, Skill, and Communication)
