With over 20 years of banking experience, Jaime knows what it takes to be a successful banker! She has held various positions in a branch – everything from teller to branch manager – and is currently the training manager for a community bank in Central PA. Jaime earned her Certified Bank Training Professional certification in May of 2019, and in August of 2021 she earned her Professional in Human Resources certification. A graduate of Pennsylvania Banker’s Association Advanced School of Banking, Jaime also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Human Resources Management. In her current role, Jaime is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to all employees in her organization in meaningful and impactful ways. Jaime is passionate about banking and believes that learning and development is the best way to career enrichment and professional growth.
