Time Management for Managers


As organizations ask more of managers, it is even more critical that managers work smarter and manage their time well.  Managers today can become overwhelmed if they are not time-effective in overseeing their areas.

“Time Management for Managers” discusses the importance of goal setting and delegation.  Participants learn how to organize their day so that it is more productive and less stressful.  Techniques for multi-tasking are also covered.  Each participant also completes a “What’s My Time Style” assessment to determine areas of strength and opportunities for development.
