Strength Based Leadership – A Bankers’ Forum Event
The Banker’s Forum is brought to you by the Connecticut Bankers Association and CFT.
The content, context, and conduct of our workplaces are all changing rapidly. Managers find themselves relying on skills and methods that no longer work for Millennials and iGen employees. Many managers continue to perform administrative tasks rather than coaching employees and focusing on performance development. Strength Based Leadership creates a culture of managers who invest in strengths, maximize their team and understand the needs of their employees.
