• Elements of marketing: research, social marketing/media, advertising/promotion, branding and sales support
• How marketing impacts/effects your job (how to connect the role and purpose of marketing to what your position)
• Where is marketing headed in the future: role of technology, changing social and cultural patterns, market and analyst expectations, increased accountabilities and focus, growth
