COVID-19: FMLA and Paid Leave Q&A (Free Webinar)

As we move into the month of April, difficult and new questions continue to arise in connection with the new paid leave laws, the FMLA and the ADA. Since our webinar on March 30, the Department of Labor has issued new Temporary Regulations. This session will involve an update (approximately 15 minutes) on the legal developments and interpretations since March 30.
