Ag Lending Compliance Webinar

Agriculture is the focus of this regulatory compliance based webinar. As mixed-use properties, such as barndominiums, increasingly appear in our communities it is important to understand how to apply compliance regulations to ag properties and to know when an ag exemption is available.

Join us as our trainer, Molly Stull, lives on a working farm and understands the terminology and challenges that an agricultural lender may face as they seek to lend in an agricultural community and stay in regulatory compliance. As more ‘barndominiums’ are being built, ag lenders must ensure that they understand how compliance regulations impact these loans. Even if you are not an ‘Ag Lender’, it is highly likely that you will encounter a loan application that includes agriculture in some aspect. This webinar will address the regulatory compliance rules and regulations that are applicable to agriculture loans and ag related exemptions.
